I’m a chef, content creator, and teacher with a passion for bringing people together through food. My culinary journey has taken me from private yachts to rustic ranches, from filming cooking adventures online to teaching high school culinary arts. Whether I’m at sea, in the classroom, or in front of the camera, my goal is the same: to make cooking approachable, inspiring, and fun.
Food has always been my passport to connection. I love exploring flavors from around the world and showing how a recipe can tell the story of a place, a culture, or a memory. You’ll often find me cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients, giving classic dishes a modern twist, or adding a playful touch to make a meal unforgettable.
Through @abbyinthegalley, I share recipes, stories, and behind-the-scenes looks at life as a chef — from yacht galleys and event kitchens to my own food trailer project. My work also includes collaborations with brands I love, cooking classes, private chef experiences, and a soon-to-be-released international cookbook.
When I’m not behind the stove, I’m probably planning my next culinary adventure, teaching my students how to master a new technique, or filming content to share with my community of food lovers.
